THE BUILDING :
Your apartment is set within a small quiet complex set away from the road which feels private and secure.
INSIDE :
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a small ensuite shower room and a bunk room for two people. There is a second bathroom with separate W/C, all bedrooms have storage space to store your belongings. The Open plan dining area can comfortably seat 6 people. The kitchen is functional and well equipped.
OUTSIDE :
You can relax in your own private secured garden with views of the surrounding mountains - perfect for making snowmen in the winter and outside dining in the summer. A table and chairs are provided.
GREAT LOCATION :
You are conveniently located in the centre of the picturesque village of Les Pras, enjoy a freshly baked croissant from the Episerie or grab a coffee/Glass of wine in the Petit Social. There is a small children’s playground a short walk from the building. Plus great access to the Flegere cable car for a swim in Lac Blanc in the summer and access to the Flegere Domain in Winter. Chamonix Town centre is a short bus ride away. You are also a short walk from the Chamonix Golf Course and Paradis Les Praz.
GETTING AROUND :
Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains and buses in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. You can easily walk to the bus stop in Les Praz which will give you access to the whole valley. There is a new bus service this year so you won’t have to worry about being squashed while you travel.
USEFUL BITS :
Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. You can order a packed lunch from the Episerie across the road which also has an equipment hire shop opposite if you needed to hire skis or e bikes in the summer. There is also a post office in the village should you want to send a postcard or have anything delivered during your stay.

Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive arrival instructions with a key box code to let yourself in when you arrive!
