Summary: The hotel must advertise clearer that some rooms are shared bathroom ... i arrived to realise i had booked wrong room, and was then charged a premium which took me past entry and mid level hotel prices for Singapore ... as a client you AWAYS feel used, if not abused. A hotel with good to outstanding customer service would have upgraded me at no cost ... securing a repeat customer, and a good review - a shame. Front office staff seemed not empowered to make a decision like this or lacked that extra bit of customer focus. Even a small fee would have been okay. A high premium a no perhaps!
