Summary: The Yotel is tucked away on the fourth floor of the Jewel. Considering how busy the building was, you definitely don't know that once you are in your pod. The pod has everything you need whether that is to crash and have a shower for a few hours or to stay overnight. The staff at reception were really helpful. There is an area you can bring your food to from any of the outlets in the Jewel if they are too busy or you just want a quieter area to sit in. The only couple of things I noticed was that my bed sheet had holes in it and one of the towels had a lot of lose threads on the edges - it had certainly seen better days! My flight this morning was from T3 which was an easy walk from the Yotel. I'd certyainly use this place again should the need arise.
