This spacious, modern and exceptionally well-equipped apartment is located in the heart of Arc 1950, with ski-in/ski-out access to the Paradiski area and in immediate proximity to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment has been fully refurbished and provides extremely comfortable, spacious living space. The apartment has 2 balconies, one of which has stunning views across the valley to Mont Blanc; the other overlooks the pistes immediately below.
The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of Hameau du Glacier and is ideally suited to 8 guests, with 4 flexible double/twin bedrooms, all with either en-suite bathrooms or dedicated shower rooms. Up to 11 guests may be accommodated by utilising a pull out mattress in one of the bedrooms and a king sized sofa bed in the lounge. A small additional charge is made for the extra bedding for more than 8 guests.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities you would wish for a home from home holiday; 48" Samsung Smart TV, Blu-Ray player with film library, Bose bluetooth speaker, free WiFi and Nespresso coffee machine. A selection of board games and jigsaws is also provided. A PlayStation4 is also kept in the apartment if required.
Bedding, towels, bath mats and tea towels are included in the price, as is cleaning after departure. Replacement towels and / or bedding and a mid-week clean may be arranged if requested, for an additional charge.
Ski lockers are provided within the building, allowing guests to leave their equipment safely and access the pistes immediately from the apartment building.
Guests have free use of the outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room within the building. The larger part indoor/part outdoor pool and spa facilities in the neighbouring Prince des Cimes building may also be used. Bath robes and slippers can be provided on request (adult size only) for an additional charge.
A large car park is situated beneath the village for those wishing to drive, with lifts taking you from the car park immediately up to the apartment. This is subject to charge by an external company and may be booked in advance.
