Summary: The efficiency of the hotel staff and procedure was incredible. At booking we were not able to secure 2 beds so we enquired at the front desk during check-in. They did not have the room configuration for us but gave us a proposal to have the sofa converted to a bed which we gladly accepted. When we proceeded immediately to our room, housekeeping was already making the final touches for the sofa bed. There were other aspects like providing a birthday cake which also demonstrated their lighting speed reaction.
