Summary: From the moment we entered the lobby, the staff was outstanding. They understand the distinct personalities that come to this well designed.design, hotel. Gladys the front desk manager is outstanding. Our room was very well designed and we loved spending time in there. Joe, the F&B manager is truly a professional and runs a great team.
