Positive: Excellent location. Comfortable room with great bed. Large breakfast buffet.

Negative: I had booked a heritage room ( and paid a premium for it) as generally those are the best option in these types of hotels but the room looked out on a rather dreary indoor shopping mall. Fortunately they changed us to a room in the tower which was more modern and comfortable. Also, 5 days later and they have still not released our S$1200 deposit.

Summary: Good centrally located hotel. Book tower room.
